Dowleys Garage is an established service centre that has been servicing vehicles in Oxfordshire since 1979. Our state-of-the-art workshop in Carterton, conveniently located close to RAF Brize Norton, is equipped with the latest diagnostic technology and tools to ensure your vehicle receives the best treatment.

We are proud members of the Trust My Garage Scheme from the RMI (Retail Motor Industry) and as such, must comply with their strict code of practice. With this in mind, you can be reassured that Dowleys Garage are true professionals that you can trust.

Servicing for Vans, Motorbikes & Motorhomes

As well as being able to service cars, our workshop can also carry out servicing on vans, motorbikes and motorhomes. All the work we carry out is guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever arrives first.

Comprehensive vehicle servicing package

We provide a comprehensive vehicle servicing package which includes four levels of servicing. Because every car is different (engine size, type of oil, etc.), it is nearly impossible to quote the same figure for each vehicle. The price also depends on the type of service your vehicle is due to have. Also, if you can provide us with a cheaper quote within five miles of our garage, we guarantee to match the price.

All-make servicing without invalidating warranty

Although we're an Isuzu and Great Wall approved service centre, thanks to legislation passed in 2003, you can bring any vehicle to get serviced at our garage and we won't invalidate your manufacturer's warranty by ensuring we use genuine, original equipment replacement parts.

Scheduled servicing & MOT testing

To help prolong the life and performance levels of your vehicle, it's recommended that you stick to the manufacturer's servicing schedule. With this in mind, we run a loyalty card scheme and keep a record of your vehicle’s service history so we can advise when it's due its next service and contact you accordingly.

Ideally, we will try to plan any servicing work to coincide with your MOT test. That way, you're vehicle is only with us for one day.

While you wait service, collect & drop-off or courtesy car available

Having your vehicle serviced means you will need alternative forms of transport to get to work or back home if you don't book a 'While You Wait Appointment'. We offer a free vehicle collection and drop off service within a five mile radius which includes your home or place of work. Alternatively, we can drop you off at the local Park & Ride. If your vehicle is going to be with us all day, we also have courtesy cars available for free.
